Founding Story & History

Primary Motivation and Founding Journey

Sector Context and Observed Gap

The motivation behind founding this consultancy was based on a recurring and systemic gap observed across the NGO and development/ humanitarian sector.
Working with international NGOs, national organizations, and donor-funded programs, it was very clear that NGOs had serious challenges in their ineciencies, compliance risks, donor dissatisfaction, and missed opportunities for long-term institutional strengthening.

Founding Idea and Vision

The idea started by establishing a consultancy that is considered as a link between NGOs and donors, supporting organizations to have the capacity/ skills to manage grants—not just funds—through integrated, practical, and innovative solutions.
The vision was to move beyond one-off training or high-level advisory and instead provide end-to-end support that strengthens systems, people, and processes.

Limitations of Existing Solutions

At the same time, the sector does not have one integrated platform that combines strategic consultancy, operational shared services, and tailored capacity building—delivered with a holistic understanding of both NGO constraints and donor expectations. Existing options were scattered: large consultancy firms were very expensive and don’t understand day-to-day realities, while training platforms focused on isolated skills without addressing organizational gaps.

Key Milestones in the Journey

The journey has several key milestones:
- Sector gap analysis and needs assessment which will include CSOs, medium, and large NGOs to identify recurring pain points related to donor compliance, grant management, financial management and organizational eiciency.
- Design an integrated service model that combines consultancy, shared services, and tailored training under one platform.
- Involve sector experts to ensure relevance, credibility, and practicality.
