Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for Enablix memberships, services, consultations, training programs, and digital resources.

By purchasing any Enablix service or membership, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access to premium services or resources has been provided.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Access to funding databases
  • Downloadable tools and templates
  • Webinar access
  • Consultation sessions
  • Coaching services
  • Premium member content

3. Cooling-Off Period

Subscribers who have not accessed any premium content, downloaded resources, attended sessions, or used membership services may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official Enablix contact channels.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment method used.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Access to premium resources has already been granted
  • Downloadable materials have been accessed
  • Consultation or coaching sessions have been used
  • Webinar attendance or access has occurred
  • Membership benefits have already been utilized
  • Failure to use services during the subscription period
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions

5. Training Programs & Workshops

Training fees may be refundable only if:

  • Cancellation is requested before training access or attendance
  • The training program is canceled by Enablix
  • Technical or operational issues prevent delivery of the service

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the training or event.


6. Consultation & Coaching Sessions

Consultation and coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable prior notice, subject to availability.

Sessions canceled late or missed without notice may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Unused session entitlements expire at the end of the applicable subscription period unless otherwise stated.


7. Free Sessions

Free consultation or coaching sessions:

  • Have no monetary value
  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be exchanged or transferred

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Enablix may review refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional situations at its sole discretion.

Approval of exceptions does not create an obligation for future refunds.


9. Payment Processing Fees

Where applicable, transaction or payment gateway fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from approved refunds.


10. Changes to This Policy

Enablix reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
